Difficult to know how this consultant could improve his service! A very friendly and open character. He has an excellent sense of humour and takes time to explain any queries that a patient may have. He had a good rapport with the assisting nurse and they made an excellent team.
Absolutely full marks from this patient!

Dr Sultan gave me a cortisone injection ultra sound guided. He is a very courteous man, gave me full information and listened to my questions, to which he gave me full answers in a way I could understand. I cannot recommend him highly enough and felt full confidence in him. His manner is friendly but professional with a very good bedside manner which put me totally at ease with the whole procedure. Thank you Dr Sultan.

I was seen on time and treated with respect - all staff were friendly.
Procedure was explained (important as it was different to the guidance notes I had been sent with the appointment letter) and I was kept informed throughout.
A very pleasant consultant who showed an interest in me as a person.

I had a US guided cortisone injection into my shoulder and I really can’t recommend Dr Sultan highly enough! I have had previous non- guided injections but Dr Sultan explained the procedure thoroughly together with other options available if this particular procedure was not successful. He was extremely knowledgeable about my condition.
I felt no pain during the procedure, perhaps because I was put at ease with both Dr Sultan & Elaine the HCA, who was so lovely & worked well with Dr Sultan.
I was given good aftercare advice & really appreciate the care I was given. Thank you Dr Sultan & Elaine!
